XC17128EVOG8C is an electronically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) specifically developed for use in FPGA configuration PROMs. It is ideal for programming the configuration data of low-density, low-power FPGAs. This is because it is smaller and requires much lower power than other EEPROMs.The XC17128EVOG8C has a 128kbit density, which makes it ideal for use in a wide range of applications. It also has an 8-pin SOIC electrical interface, allowing it to fit in a much smaller package than other EEPROMs. Further, the XC17128EVOG8C can be programmed to enable you to store up to 1024 bytes of data.XC17128EVOG8C is designed to be used in applications where high-speed and low-power needs have to be balanced. It features a fast write/erase time of 12 ms/byte and a low active-read current of 5 mA at 10 MHz. This makes the XC17128EVOG8C a great choice for power-sensitive applications.The XC17128EVOG8C has a simple programming specification and wide programming voltage range from 2.7V to 7.0V, supporting both 3V and 5V logic.
