XC6108 series are highly integrated, negative voltage supervisors with ultra low start-up current (20nA). This series is designed to act as a reset generator circuit to detect power supply 24V and undervoltage of system. This series is specially developed for small-sized electrical applciations, with a range of Detect voltage of 2.0V - 4.6V, and Reset active time range of 100 ms - 600ms with a built-in delay time, it is especially suitable for use in car ECU,Automotive system and Energy saving lamp.

XC6108C31AMR-G is a member of the XC6108 series products. The main specifications are 6 fixed voltage types from 2.15V to 4.6V , ±3%accurate voltage detection accuracy, start-up current of 20nA, Reset active time of 145 ms, a maximum supply current of 3.4uA, and a reset output source current of 25mA.
