Its high integration allows for a simplified circuit design, with less external components, making it suitable for space-critical applications. With its wide operating voltage range and its low current consumption capability, along with its embedded Brown-out Detector (BOD) and LDO, the XC6109C25ANR-G can be used in most common battery-powered systems. The XC6109C25ANR-G features an on-board watchdog timer to detect and hence prevent system malfunctions and/or runaway processes. It also integrates an internal circuit designed to shut down the power supply automatically when the supply voltage drops too low.
