It is a suitable choice for the evaluation of applications ranging from low-cost consumer electronics to medical, automotive and industrial power control systems.The purpose of the XRP7724EVB-DEMO-2P-KIT board is to enable users to evaluate, test, and develop power management solutions quickly and easily. It supports output voltages of 0.9 V to 5.5 V. It has an operating input voltage range of 4.7 V to 9.8 V and operates with up to 4 cm heat sink or fan with fan-cooling.The board features an input and output voltage monitoring port, power-down-timer, 3x enable inputs, output trim potentiometer, onboard mounting screw (for increased stability of the board during use and testing), voltage reference and a dc-dc converter. Additionally, it has a USB emulation port for easy debugging through an IDE such as Renesas’ e2 studio. This port also allows the user to adjust settings directly on the board via an external PC.
