The XTR106U device is a single-supply precision voltage-to-frequency converter (VFC) designed for use in high precision voltage-sensing applications. The output pulse types include PULSE, RATE, and FREQ high-level outputs, and ENABLE and POLARITY enable inputs. Additionally, the device is designed to be used with processors, such as the Microchip PIC16F6, which feature an interrupt enable capability, to allow the processor to perform the frequency resolution and power-down decisions.
