The ZC836ATC Varactor Diode is made up of a junction p-n, where the p-n portion is formed by an n-type and a p-type material. The anode of the diode is connected to the n-type region, while the cathode is connected to the p-type region. The junction includes an oxide layer, which allows the charge carriers to flow between the p-type and n-type regions.
The ZC836ATC Varactor Diodes can be used in a variety of applications where capacitance tuning is needed.
