The ZL30622LDF1 device is a highly-configurable, low-power, single-chip timing solution. It is designed to provide flexible timing, enhanced immunity, and small footprint, consuming minimal power. The ZL30622LDF1 is a non-volatile memory based 8-bit programmable device. It supports up to eight fully programmable synthesizer blocks, each of which is capable of outputting multiple clock signals with different frequencies, depending on the user-defined parameters. The device also supports up to sixteen programmable dividers, each providing a low-jitter output at the exact divider value. Additionally, up to four secure locking circuits are available for time-stamping and secure locking of data.
The main block of the ZL30622LDF1 consists of three components: a control unit, a signal generator and a frequency synthesizer. The control unit is used to store the user-defined signal configuration in the non-volatile memory and to control the signal generation. This delay can be changed depending on the clock signal frequency, making it possible to reduce the output jitter of clock signals up to 50%. Additionally, the device also supports pulse width modulation and spread spectrum techniques, providing a low-EMI output. This feature also helps to reduce the output transmition power of the device, allowing for more efficient power management.
