The MCU provides up to 256 KB of flash memory and up to 48 KB of RAM. It also offers a wide range of communication interfaces, including UART, I2C, SPI, CAN and USB, as well as a wide range of I/O functions. It\'s also compliant with various power supply voltages and has a wide temperature range of -40 to +85°C.Working Principle The ZLP32300S2032G is a 16-bit microcontroller with a Harvard architecture, meaning that it has separate instruction and data buses. Its 32-bit instruction bus allows for two instructions per clock cycle and its ultra-low power consumption (as little as 640nA in idle mode) makes it ideal for battery-operated applications. It has a 64-pin package that allows for up to 32 I/Os and up to 48KB of RAM. The ZLP32300S2032G has a built-in oscillator and can operate at speeds of up to 25MHz.
