ZM33164CL is a pair of two-channel voltage supervisors with an adjustable reset window. It\'s designed to monitor two different voltage domains and provide a reset signal if one of these domains comes out of its pre-defined tolerance. It offers an integrated reset generator, reset detect logic and status output, making it suitable for applications that require precise control of power-up reset signaling and power-down reset sequencing.The device features two ultra-low quiescent current - 350nA typ. - scavenge circuits that measure the voltage variations between two input power voltages - VDD0, VDD1 - and can generate a reset if either voltage falls out of its pre-defined thermal window. The reset window is set by an external resistor which can be adjusted to account for differences in the application environment.The ZM33164CL provides real-time monitoring of power-up and power-down conditions and can offer an active-low reset output, RESET# for a wide range of reset applications. The RESET# signal can be used to control startup and shutdown sequencers, as well as resetting an associated microcontroller or FPGA. The device is well-suited for single and dual-power-domain applications that require graceful recovery from brown-outs, over/under voltages and thermal variations.The ZM33164CL is designed to operate in a wide range of applications, ranging from industrial automation, building automation and medical devices to automotive applications. In automotive applications, the device can be used to manage power sequencing in start/stop systems, engine control systems, as well as for power-on/off notification in keyless controlled vehicle entry systems.In addition to its robustness, the device offers an exceptional accuracy, offering a maximum offset voltage of 5mV typ.
