The ZSR700N8TA is a positive linear voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 8A of output current. The ZSR700N8TA can operate in a variety of modes, including shutdown, low drop-out (LDO) regulation, and multiple voltage tracking (MVT) regulation. In addition, the device automatically detects and switches to the appropriate operating mode based on input and output voltage for high performance.
The ZSR700N8TA features an internal voltage reference that provides excellent line and load regulation over temperature and output current.
