The ZTL431BFFTA is available in a TO-252 package with a choice of SC70, SOT-223 and LQFP544 packages.The ZTL431BFFTA combines an advanced CMOS process to produce an ultra-low-temperature coefficient, low output-voltage-noise voltage reference. It features a minimum temperature coefficient of 1.2ppm/°C and a maximum output voltage tolerance of ±0.25%. The ZTL431BFFTA operates with a wide range of input supply voltages (2.8V to 28V), which makes it suitable for a variety of applications.The ZTL431BFFTA is designed to offer an output voltage that is adjustable to a precise setting, making it ideal for applications such as precision voltage regulation, signal conditioning, and adjustable power supplies. The output voltage of the ZTL431BFFTA is adjustable by applying a voltage to the control input pin. The output voltage range is from 0.9V to 4.1V, with a maximum tolerance of ±25mV.The ZTL431BFFTA has an integrated thermal shutdown feature to protect the device from overheating, which is triggered at temperatures above +175°C. The ZTL431BFFTA also has an output-enable pin, which can be used to disable the output signal as long as the TTL input stays low.
