Working Principle
When an overvoltage transient passes through the BZW04-15HR1G, the device responds by providing a clamping action to protect the circuit. This is accomplished by the device\'s low dynamic resistance, which allows a very fast clamping response time. The device also features an excellent high current capability. This allows it to tolerate high transient currents while still providing effective protection.
