Foreword

During development and testing, there may be such a bad experience: I want to be able to view more than four signal waveforms at a time, but currently there are only four channels for the oscilloscope; the wiring is troublesome because the measurement channels are not isolated. It is easy to burn out the probe or oscilloscope; subject to storage restrictions, it is necessary to continuously cycle start, stop, save these steps during the test, and finally open them  to check one by one. Now that there is a machine that can completely solve these difficulties, so that we can carry out a smooth test process, the following is an extremely smooth UPS power test record.

 

Wiring

The main electrical parameters specified by YD/T 1095-2018 are divided into power and response. In order to ensure the operation of the PA power analyzer group, the power parameters are not measured. This time mainly observes the UPS response time. The single-phase UPS is measured. To observe the working process, in addition to the input and output voltage and current, it is necessary to observe the voltage and current of the internal battery, so it can be wired like this:

A total of six waveform signals need to be measured, and the ZDL6000 can be used instead of an oscilloscope because the ZDL6000 supports up to 16 channels of measurement. Find three current clamps and three voltage probes. The pliers and the probe find the corresponding position and connect them. Just make sure that there is no short circuit between the test points. If the fault is found after the power is turned on or reversed, you can change it.

 

Test

UPS response time test. Mainly in the power-on state, the input (grid) and output (load) end of the cut in and cut out. Since the ZDL6000 has a hard disk capacity level of recording space, it is not necessary to repeatedly set the trigger, start capture, and save the captured data for each item. After setting up the ZDL6000 to open the hard disk record, you can start testing. Therefore, it is ok to test by pressing the key, which is very convenient.
