1. The design of coordinate dimension diagram of printed circuit board

When drawing printed circuit board by hand, according to the circuit schematic diagram.

2.The coordinate paper is used to determine the coordinate position of the components on the printed circuit board, and the coordinate size diagram of the printed circuit board is drawn. In the design and drawing of coordinate dimension diagram,it is necessary to consider the requirements of the layout and wiring of components, which components are in the board, and what are the components that need to be strengthened, heat dissipated and shielded in the board.

In combination with the circuit diagram. Which components are outside the board, how much is needed for the out-of-board connection, how about the location of the leading end, and so on, and if necessary, draw out the wiring diagram of the out-of-board components.

There are two main points in the design of PCB coordinate dimension diagram.

1)Select the typical components on the board and use it as the basic unit of the panel layout.Typical components are representative components in geometry of all the components that need to be installed on the board. It is the basic unit in the arrangement of components. Then estimate the dimensions of typical components, and then estimate that the size of other large components is equivalent to a multiple of typical components, that is, a large component is the geometric equivalent of several typical components. This makes it possible to calculate the size of the entire printed circuit board or how many areas can be taken up by a component on a specified panel size.

2)Determine the location of mounting holes for components and in arranging the location of the element mounting holes.
