PCB design preparation

Principle of the whole circuit structure of printed circuit board in the design preparation stage.

To complete the following aspects of the work.

1)Basically understood the contents of the main components and devices

2)Familiar with circuit schematic. Understand the basic working principle and composition of the circuit, the relationship between each functional circuit and the signal flow direction and other content, the circuit may work when the heating and the generation of thousands of disturbances and other situations to be aware of.

3) understanding the working environment of printed circuit boards. Determine the environmental temperature changes during their work, poor conditions and whether it will be in contact with corrosive gases, whether continuous work is required, etc.

4) mastering the main working parameters of the circuit. Such as maximum operating current, maximum operating voltage and operating frequency.

5) familiar with the components used. Such as the use of the chip model, shape size, packaging form and supply situation and so on.

The form of connection between the printed circuit board and the rest of the machine has been determined, and the type specification of the socket and connection device has been determined.
