l  Barcode and anti-counterfeiting mark

1. Barcode for the international general product symbol. In order to meet the needs of computer management, barcodes for electronic scanning are printed on some product sales packages. The unified coding of these barcodes enables store managers to keep abreast of the sales dynamics of commodities.

The international market since the 1970s began to adopt two kinds of barcode for the unified identification of goods : UPC code ( American General Product Code ) and EAN code ( international item code ) ). The EAN commodity bar code has two versions of Standard Edition ( EAN-13 ) and Shortened Edition ( EAN8 ).

The EAN-13 code is structured as follows :

 ( 1 ) Word prefix ( 2 ~ 3 bits ).

The word prefix is the unique code of the country or region, which is assigned by the EAN headquarters, such as 0005 in the United States, 49 in Japan, 690 in China and so on.

( 2 ) Enterprise code ( 4 to 5 ).

It is allocated by the bar code organization of our country or region, and our country is distributed by the Chinese goods code center.

( 3 ) Product code ( 5 bits ).

They are distributed by the production enterprises themselves.

( 4 ) Check code ( 1 bit ). The check code is a special code that is set for checking the errors in the use of barcode.

2. Anti-counterfeiting signs.

Now many manufacturers have widely adopted various anti-counterfeiting measures, in which the use of modern high-tech means of anti-counterfeiting, for example, laser anti-counterfeiting signs, code anti-counterfeiting signs, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.
