What are the problems in radio assembly?

There may has some problems in radio assembly

1.Frequency conversion component

Judging whether the frequency conversion stage is starting, using the DC 2.5V block of the MF47 multimeter, the red table pen is connected with the transistor VT.

The black pen is grounded, and then the red ring B2 is oscillated in the hand mode. The multimeter pointer should swing to the left to indicate that the circuit is working normally; otherwise, there is a fault in the circuit. Conversion stage working current should not be too big, otherwise the noise is large. Both feet of the red oscillating red ring shell should be bent and welded to prevent tuning disk chuck.

2. If transformer B is mislocated, resulting in a decrease in sensitivity and selectivity, and sometimes self-excitation.

3, Low frequency part

Input, output transformer B position error, although the working current is normal, but the volume is very low, Triode VTV, collector C and emitter E error, the working current can not be adjusted, the volume is extremely low .
