What is included in the whole machine inspection?

Inspection refers to the inspection, test, or measurement of one or more characteristics of an entity.And the result compared some standards, to determine the eligibility of each feature, such as a department, an enterprise standard, or a technical agreement established by both parties to determine whether a product is qualified or not.

The machine inspection mainly includes visual inspection of the parts, functional test, main performance index test, appearance inspection, electrical performance test and so on.

1. Visual inspection items of the parts  are :

1)Machine product board, the shell surface of the coating and decorative pieces, signs, nameplates are clean, complete, with or without damage;

2)Are the various connecting devices in good condition;

3)Whether any rust spots on each metal piece;

4)Is there any deformation and fracture of the structural parts;

5)Surface screen printing, writing is complete and clear;

6)Does the range coverage meet the requirements;

7)Whether the rotating mechanism is flexible, the control switch is in place and so on.

2. Functional inspection function test is to check the functions required by product design. Different products have different inspection contents and requirements. For example, the radio should check the program selection, sound quality and other functions.

3. Testing of Key Performance Indicators

The performance index of the test product is one of the main contents of the whole machine inspection, determine whether the national or industry standards are met. The existing national standards prescribe the basic parameters and measuring methods of various electronic products, and only the main performance indexes are tested.

4. Appearance inspection is generally used to test the appearance, packing and accessories of the product by visual method.

1)Appearance.

Requirements for appearance, no damage, no pollution, clear signs, and mechanical assembly in line with technical requirements.

2) Packing.

It requires the package to be in good condition of injury and no pollution, and each logo is clear.

3)Accessories.

All accessories and fittings required by the product are complete and meet the requirements.

4.Electrical performance test according to product technical indicators and national or industry-related standards, select the instruments and equipment that meet the standards requirements, test the various electrical performance parameters of the whole machine with the test method that meet the standard requirements, and compare the test results with the specified parameters, so as to determine whether the whole machine is qualified.
