The identification of model and pin

Because the number of LED digital tube is not unified,it can be said that there are no rules to follow.If you want to know the structural characteristics and relevant parameters of a certain type of product,you can only see the manufacturer's manual or the relevant parameter manual.For the model is not clear LED digital tube,you can only through the multimeter and other measurements,to clarify the internal circuit structure and related parameters.The small LED digital tube pin sorting rule is shown in Figure 1, 3, 9, that is,facing the display surface of the product,the pin face is facing down, starting from the upper left corner ( left and right double permutation pins ) or the lower left corner ( upper and lower double permutation pins ),counter clockwise ( that is,the arrow in the map ),it is 1, 2, 3, and 4 feet in turn.If you flip over and look at the back ( for example,on the welding surface of the printed circuit board ), that is,the pin surface is facing itself, it should be counted clockwise.It can be seen that this is the same as the ordinary integrated circuit.

The pin arrangement of the common LED digital tube is double row 10 feet,12 feet,14 feet, 16 feet,18 feet and so on.The recognition pin arrangement generally has this rule : for a single digital tube,the most common pins are upper and lower pairs,usually its 3rd and 8th feet are connected for the public foot; if the pin is left and right,its first and sixth legs are connected,which is the public foot. However,there are exceptions, which must be treated in specific models. In addition,the " decimal point " of most LED digital tubes is internally connected to the public foot,but the " decimal point " pins of some products are independent. For two and more digital tube,the general is the internal" 8 "glyph character of a ~ h of these eight data lines are connected together, and the public foot of each character is extracted separately (called " dynamic digital tube "),which not only reduces the number of pins,but also provides convenience for use. For example,four dynamic digital tubes have four common terminals, plus a ~ h pin,only 12 pins. If the "8"character independent"static digital tube" is made, the pin can reach 40.

LED digital tube detection method

with digital versatile diode block detection will be digital multimeter placed in the diode block,the open-circuit voltage is + 2.8V.Use this block to measure the conduction between the pins of the LED digital tube,it can be recognized that the digital tube is a common cathode or a common anode type,and the corresponding of each pin can be distinguished is there any damage to the pen section.The detection wiring is shown in Figure.

The digital multimeter is placed in the diode block, and the black stylus is connected with the h point of the digital tube ( the common cathode of the LED ),and then the red pen is used to touch the other digital tube pin,which pin to touch,which pen section should be luminous.If a pin is touched,the corresponding pen segment does not emit light,which indicates that the segment has been damaged. 

To use the analog multimeter to detect the analog multimeter in RX 10k,the same method as the digital table,but the function of red and black.
