What are the error types of spoke load cells sensor?

The spoke-type load cell is actually a device that converts the quality signal into a measurable electrical signal output. Errors exist in precision instruments, but only the size of the error. So what types of errors are produced by the load cell during our use?

1. Insertion errors are errors that occur when a sensor is pierced into the system due to changes in measurement parameters.

Such problems usually occur during electronic measurement, but similar problems may also occur in other methods of measurement. For example, if a voltmeter measures voltage in a loop, it will definitely have an inherent impedance, which is much larger than the loop impedance, and may show loop load. At this time, the reading will have a large error. The reason for this type of error is A transmitter that is too large for the system is used; perhaps the dynamic characteristics of the system are too slow, or the self-heating in the system loads too much heat.

2. Dynamic errors.

Many sensor characteristics and calibrations are applicable to static conditions, which means that the input parameters used are static or similar to static. Many sensors have strong damping, so they will not change the input parameters. Quickly respond, for example, the thermistor takes a few seconds to respond to a step change in temperature.

3. The thermistor will not immediately jump to a new impedance or undergo a sudden change.

On the contrary, it will slowly change to a new value. Then, if the load cell with delay characteristics responds to the rapid change in temperature, The output waveform will be distorted due to dynamic errors contained in it. The factors that cause dynamic errors are response time, amplitude distortion and phase distortion.

4. The operation error of the spoke-type load cell is caused by the operator, which also means that there are many reasons.

For example, the error occurs when the temperature is different, including the incorrect placement of the probe or the incorrect insulation between the probe and the measurement address. Some other application errors include errors in the purification process of air or other gases. Application errors also touch the faulty placement of the transmitter, so positive or negative pressure will affect the correct reading.

5. Environmental errors come from the environment in which the sensor is used.

The load cell elements include temperature, or swing, sensation, altitude, chemical substance evaporation or other elements, which often affect the characteristics of the sensor, so in practice, these elements are always It will be grouped together.

6. The characteristic error is inherent to the equipment itself.

It is the difference between the recognized handling function characteristics of the equipment and the actual characteristics. Such errors include DC drift, incorrect slope or non-linear slope.
