Magnetic sensor is the magnetic field, current, temperature and other magnetic properties change into the Telecom, that is, the use of magnetic properties, magnetic flux changes to the production of the sensor.

Piezomagnetic sensor is a kind of inductive sensor, also called magnetoelastic sensor, which is a new type of sensor. The piezomagnetic sensor has the advantages of large output power, strong anti-jamming ability, high precision, good linearity, long service life, convenient maintenance and low operating conditions the environment of dust, water and corrosive gas is operated for a long time. Therefore, it is suitable for the heavy industry and the chemical industry department, and is a very promising sensor.

At present, it is widely used in various industrial departments such as metallurgy, mining, paper making, printing and transportation to measure various weights.

( 1 ) Working principle of piezomagnetic sensor the working principle of the piezomagnetic sensor is to use the " piezomagnetic effect ". Some ferromagnetic materials are subjected to mechanical forces, such as after the action of pressure, tension, bending force and torsion, the mechanical stress is generated, which causes the permeability of the ferromagnetic material to change. The physical effect of this change in the magnetic properties of magnetic materials due to mechanical forces is called " piezomagnetic effect ". Sensors made of piezomagnetic effect are called piezomagnetic sensors ( sometimes called magnetoelastic sensors or hysteresis sensors ).

( 2 ) The main structural of the piezomagnetic sensor

Piezomagnetic sensor is composed of a housing and a piezomagnetic element, and the main function of the casing is to prevent dust, oxide scales, water vapor, and oil are penetrated into the sensor. The DAG piezomagnetic element is a series of pieces of ferromagnetic material from dozens to hundreds of pieces ( or multiple pieces ) stacked together and connected by bolts.

( 3 ) The measuring circuit of the piezomagnetic sensor is that the output voltage of the measuring winding is relatively large, so it is not necessary to enlarge the output voltage of the piezomagnetic sensor, only through rectification, filtering, you can receive the indicator instructions.
