1)The Hall component is the semiconductor device fabricated by the Hall effect. Hall components are usually made of semiconductor materials, and most of them are N germanium (Ge), antimony copper (InSb) and copper arsenide (InAs). The Hall element made of copper antimony has the highest sensitivity, greater output UH and greater influence on the temperature; the Hall element made of germanium is low sensitivity, and the output UH is small, but its temperature characteristics and linearity are better; the output UH of the Hall element made of antimony copper is smaller than that of antimony copper, and the temperature effect is smaller than that of antimony, and the linearity is better.

The Hall element consists of a Hall piece, a lead wire and a shell, and the Hall piece is a rectangular semiconductor wafer.

 

2 ) Hall sensor is made of Hall element, amplifier, temperature compensation circuit and regulated power supply on a chip.
