What is ultrasonic and ultrasonic sensors?

The ultrasonic sensor is one of the sensitive components commonly used in recent years, and it is assembled into a vehicle reverse collision avoidance circuit and other detection circuits.

The ultrasonic sensor is divided into the transmitter and the receiver. The transmitter converts the electromagnetic oscillation into the ultrasonic wave to the space launch, and the receiver converts the received ultrasonic wave into electricity pulse signal.

l  Working principle

When 40kHz ( due to the ultrasonic sensor's sound pressure level, the sensitivity is the largest at 40 kHz, so the circuit is generally used 40 kHz as the frequency of the sensor is converted into mechanical vibration by the piezoelectric ceramic actuator and the resonant plate after the pulse Telecom number is fed by two leads, the ultrasonic vibration is emitted outwards by the conical radiator, and the transmitted ultrasonic wave travels in a straight line in all directions in the air, and can be reflected after an obstacle is encountered . After receiving the ultrasonic wave from the transmitter, the receiver resonates the internal resonant plate, and converts the sound energy into an electric pulse signal through the acoustoelectric conversion, then the loser goes to the signal amplifier to drive the actuator.

l  The parameters of ultrasonic and ultrasonic sensors

Commonly used ultrasonic sensors are T40-XX, R40-XX series, UCM-40T, UCM-40R and MA40XXS, MA40XXR series and so on. Of these, the first ( last ) letter T ( S ) of the model represents the launch sensor, and R represents the receiving sensor, which is used in pairs.
