0502128000-08-L1 is a type of jumper wire, which is designed to be used in a variety of high-voltage applications. It is constructed from an enclosed strand comprising of non-magnetic copper-clad steel strands braided together. The power leads feature a protective insulation that allows it to be a suitable choice for mechatronic, automotive, or medical wiring applications. The maximum current capacity of the power leads ranges from 0.5 A to 40 A. The maximum voltage rating of the power leads is 880 VAC. In order to provide excellent mechanical and electrical performance, the pre-crimped leads have a tightly woven construction, which ensures consistency in electrical performance.

In order to ensure safe and reliable connections, the power leads are pre-crimped with both male and female connectors. The connectors are gold-plated to reduce oxidation and have a tin plated contact to improve the electrical conductivity.
