The 1.5SMC100A-E3/9AT is a bi-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode built on a low-profile surface Mount (SM) package. It is specially designed for surge protection solutions in automotive electronics. This diode has an excellent surge clamping capability which can clamp surge voltage up to 156V for the 1.5KE series.
