The 10TQ035 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode with low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It is designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The 10TQ035 is a 600 V Schottky rectifier diode with a maximum forward continuous current of 35 amps. It is designed to run in a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and can handle up to 8.5 A reverse surge current (Irrm). The maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) is 600 V.

The 10TQ035 has a low forward voltage drop (VF) of 170 mV at 0.5 A, and excellent temperature stability over a wide range of temperature.
