Terminal Blocks mainly consist of a base part, which is typically made of plastic, and a top part. The base usually contains slots cut into it where screws are tightened to the electrical component. The other part of the Terminal Block contains a sliding plate that works as a terminal. The bottom part is connected to the electrical component and the top part conducts electricity.When a user needs to connect an electrical component to another device, they use the plug and socket section of the terminal block. The component to be connected is wired into the socket section of the module, the top section is closed onto the plug, and the electrical circuit is complete.
