A 1N3289 is a single, high-power unidirectional silicon rectifier diode where the forward current ranges up to 10 A, and the reverse voltage usually rated up to 100V, sometimes up to 200V. Mainly used in power supplies, converters and inverters, the 1N3289 is suitable for high-power and high-voltage rectification, as well as low-power and low-voltage rectification.
