What is 20KPA20?
20KPA20 is a Transient Voltage Suppression diode (TVS) which is used in electronic circuits for protection from transient overvoltage stress conditions. It is a two electrode, bidirectional diode rated to 20KV (20KV Standoff, Peak Pulse Power) and with reverse standoff capability to over 6KV. The two electrodes are a cathode (K) and anode (A).
