20KPA64C-B is a voltage protection TVS ( Transient Voltage Suppressors ) - Diode, which is developed for circuit protection and it enables to store large amount of energy to protect against over voltage events. It is a bidirectional device that can protect systems from electrical fast transients ( EFT ) as well as reduce the voltage transients, and absorb positive or negative transient energy. The operation can be divided into two stages – clamping and dissipating.

Its thermal resistance is between 40℃ to 85℃ and its leakage current is less than 0.33mA. This makes it suitable for fast and light weight applications.
