23K256-E/ST is an 8K x 8, low-power, 3.3V SPI Serial SRAMs with extended industrial temperature range. This Memory also has Sequential Read/Write operation and Sleep mode operation. The 23K256-E/ST is offered in PDIP, SOIC, TO-220-5L, TSSOP, and WLCSP packages.
