2BU12R is a professional two-balance intelligent voltage regulator designed by Tecom Technology. The working principle of 2BU12R is to measure the voltage of the power system according to the two balance method, and compare it with the set value. Depending on the comparison result, it adopts a fully-automatic control algorithm and take corresponding measures to control the switch of the reactor and the load switch to make the voltage of the system tend to stability.2BU12R consists of two parts, namely, the control part and the output part. The control part mainly includes four parts: receiving and sampling signal module, voltage measurement and comparison module, control algorithm and comparison adjustment module. The output part mainly includes switching module, surge absorbent module, power supply module and display and alarm module.The receiving and sampling signal module of the control part can measure the input positive and negative active and reactive power, various voltage, current, power factor of the power system. The voltage measurement and comparison module can measure and compare the three-phase voltage of the power system. The control algorithm comparison module can analyze the voltage of the power system, and after the analysis result is compared with the preset value, the corresponding control commands are issued. The switching module of the output part can control the switching of the reactor or load switch by receiving the control commands, so as to reach the purpose of regulating the voltage of the power system.The working principle of 2BU12R mainly includes three steps. The first step is to detect the voltage of the power system. The second step is to compare the detected power system voltage with the preset voltage value, and decide whether to output the control commands to adjust the voltage. The third step is to adjust the switching of the reactor by receiving the control commands. During the process of voltage adjustment, it will continuously measure the voltage and compare it with the preset value, and then output the corresponding control commands to make the power system voltage tend to stability.2BU12R is widely used in electrical networks in industry, mining and other fields.
