2C2UL, a.k.a. 2-component 2-piece Ultra Low Power (ULP) MEMS switch, is a passive, low power RF switch developed by RD Dynamics, Inc. This switch combines two pieces of ultra thin film and two components into one. It is a low power, high Q, highly linear and wide band switch.
