The 2Z16UL is an industrial microwave welder, originated from China, widely used in welding of air conditioning wire, memory wire, aluminum wire, copper wire, solid core wire and stranded wire in industry production. The device comprises different functions, thus allowing for low noise level, correct welding result and easy operation.
Application Field:
The 2Z16UL industrial microwave welder is mainly used for the welding of air conditioning wires, memory wires, aluminum wires, copper wires, solid core wires and stranded wires in the industrial production of various electrical accessories. The device can be applied in the production of various motor lead wire, key rings, air conditioning accessories, household appliances and instrument parts. Also, it can be used in the welding production of mobile phone parts, charging trey and various IC cards.
Working Principle:
The 2Z16UL industrial microwave welder comes with two main components: the high frequency generator and the upper/lower electrode. The welder generates a high frequency electromagnetic field whose oscillation frequency is adjustable. The generated field passes through the metal material, generating a Joule heat within it, and thus stimulates welding of the material. The high frequency current will be absorbed by the materials, releasing heat, thus welding the materials. The generation and extinction circuits are separately installed inside the welder, to ensure low noise level and achieve a correct welding effect.
Operation:
To operate the 2Z16UL industrial microwave welder, the material should be prepared and placed within the welding device. Then, the parameters such as frequency, power and welding time can be set on the controlling panel. When these parameter are correctly adjusted, the welder is ready to work. The technician should place his/her hands on the two electrodes, then press the power button. Once finished, the power should be released to make sure the welding operation is stopped. The technicians can repeat the action, until the desired welding effect is achieved.
