The 30 INCH-G-BASIC pressure transducer utilizes a solid-state, differential pressure sensor that is mounted in a stainless steel housing and sealed with o-rings. The differential pressure sensor is paired with a programmable microcontroller to provide a self-calibrating feature for user convenience. The sensor itself has an internal circuitry to measure the pressure differential between its two electrodes. This pressure differential is converted into a voltage signal, which is then sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller then processes the signal to determine the pressure level. The accuracy of this device is bolstered by the self-calibration feature, which can itself be further improved by performing regular maintenance and calibration checks.
