34.754 is an ultra-high frequency, guaranteed frequency accuracy and providing a wireless analogue and digital interface protocol for low power, short-range wireless communication to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. Its working principle is based on the industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) bands defined by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-R). This frequency range allows it to operate over very short ranges (currently up to tens of meters).
Its application field is broad, with examples including, but not limited to: industrial automation, medical instrumentation, consumer electronics, automotive, RFID, and security systems. Its practice is mainly used for transmitting small amounts of data, such as key presses in a wireless keyboard or mouse, or at high speeds as is used in mesh networking.
In terms of the overall working mechanism of the 34.754, signals are broadcast and accepted by the receiver in all directions. A secure connection can be established by creating a link key between devices. Each side will then encrypt communications with the same key. This allows devices to communicate without any additional authentication. Furthermore, using the same techniques, devices can also directly transmit data using their own keys.
The 34.754 protocol comprises of four layers: physical, security, link and network layers.
At the physical layer, the 34.754 utilizes Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation which is a form of modulation which utilizes pulses that are shifted in frequency in order to represent digital information. In this protocol, the pulse\'s frequency, shape, amplitude, and phase are all adjusted to form a set of symbols that represent 0s and 1s. Additionally, the pulse\'s signal strength may also be regulated to match the receiver\'s range.
At the security layer, data is encrypted using an advanced encryption standard (AES). This ensures that all data sent via the 34.754 is only accessible by authorized receivers or devices. In addition, there are provisions made for authentication between devices.
At the link layer, the 34.754 protocol uses a frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) technique. This technique randomly and rapidly shifts the frequency which is used to broadcast signals among many channels. This makes it difficult for any interference or unauthorized persons to identify the specific channel or frequency being used by the two communicating devices.
Finally, at the network layer, the 34.754 utilizes a Tree topology which is a type of network topology in which devices are organized in a hierarchical fashion. This helps ensure efficient communication as each device in the network is geographically closer to the base station and thus can respond more quickly to data requests.
In conclusion, the 34.754 is an ultra-high frequency that is capable of guaranteeing frequency accuracy and providing a wireless analogue and digital interface protocol for low-power, short-range wireless communication. Its wide application field and its four-layered system of physical, security, link and network make it the ideal choice for a variety of uses, ranging from industrial automation to medical instrumentation.
