35.153 is an international standard developed by the Telecommunications Standardization Sector of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU-T). The purpose of the standard is to provide an interoperable interface for audio and video devices and systems at levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. The interface is commonly known as the “Audio Video Control Protocol”.
