3D13UL is a general low power frequency integrated circuit developed by China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute. It has the characteristics of low voltage, low power consumption, small size, single chip integration and so on, and its application field and working principle will be introduced below.
This 3D13UL special IC can be widely used in filter circuits, modulator circuits, amplitude modulation circuits, frequency modulation circuits, voltage control oscillators, low-pass filters, lag-lead circuits, phase detection circuits, phase modulators and other basic circuits, automotive electronic control systems, electric motors, photovoltaic systems, frequency control and detection of electronic systems, Automatic electronic systems, set-top box systems, current source circuits, PWM power control circuits, temperature control circuits, computer systems, digital signal processing systems, amplifiers, and other electronic systems.
The 3D13UL working principle is based on an oscillator circuit comprising an operational amplifier and a flip-flop circuit, which serially drives an open-loop switching wave amplifier to provide a switching wave output. The switching wave output signal is amplified, frequency divided, and compared with a reference signal to control the duty ratio of the switching wave output signal to achieve the purpose of regulating the output frequency. The frequency division of the 3D13UL is composed of an RC circuit, and a feed-forward path is provided to correct a variation in the oscillation frequency caused by a sequence of system parameters.
In situations where a conventional analog circuit can not achieve the desired effect, the 3D13UL can still usually help to meet the frequency control requirements of the system, such as temperature control, current source, PWM power control and other applications. 3D13UL has the advantages of low power consumption, small size, single chip integration, easy to use, and wide application range, which is very suitable for many electronic system frequency control field.
