The 40CPQ060 is a three-phase bridge rectifier module consisting of series connected dual towers with 6 integrated Schottky rectifiers, a common Cathode and an Anode pin. All pins are conveniently spaced in a 60A terminal block. This module serves as a transducer from AC to DC in various three-phase AC power systems. It is typically used in galvanic isolation applications like power supplies, solar panels, wind turbine power systems and filter/smoothing of DC loads in three-phase AC power systems such as LED lighting and industrial machinery.
