The 511DAA156M250AAG is a type oscillator which is designed for frequency control and timing applications. It is a precision temperature compensated low-frequency quartz oscillator comprised of a quartz crystal and oscillation circuits which are SAW (surface acoustic wave) or MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) type.
