Pin Configurable/Selectable Oscillators provide designers with the flexibility to choose the best frequency and vibrations for their applications. Pin Configurable/Selectable Oscillators provide the advantage of allowing the designer to easily change the frequency without making hardware changes to the circuit. The 516BHB000897AAGR is a pin configurable/selectable oscillator with a frequency range of 1.75 MHz to 33 MHz. It offers very low jitter and high stability at a low power level.

The 516BHB000897AAGR oscillator has three separate operating modes that are selectable via the two pins available for configuration. The first mode is preset operation which is pre-programmed with the user’s desired frequency. The second mode is clock mode where the user can select a different operating frequency from the internal selectable frequencies. The third mode is FM/PM mode where the user can select any frequency within the range of 516BHB000897AAGR.
