63662-2 is an international standard which specifies the requirements for one-wire screw-in connectors, sometimes referred to as magnetic wire connectors (MDCs). The connectors feature snap-in latching mechanisms and are primarily used in industrial automation systems for the rapid connection and disconnection of electrical power, data, and signal connections.
