The working principle of the 7009L15PF8 memory device is based on a circuit of a 1Kx8 memory cell array with a transparent resolution register, which consist of eight memory cells, each of them containing 8 bits of data. The memory cell array is controlled by commands given from the external source to read data from and write data to the memory cell, either through a MOS transistor or by a CMOS transistor.
