。Time delay relays (TDR) are special electrical mechanisms which are designed to provide various types of continuous control and/or timing components. They use a wide range of existing inputs in order to begin a sequence of events once a particular input or combination of inputs has been established. The most common form of a time delay relay (TDR) is one which uses electronic components, such as integrated circuits, to establish a time delay sequence. The timing components are twofold; time span and ramp up or down rate. The 7012BA is one example of a type of TDR.
The 7012BA is an electronic time delay relay with an adjustable time span and adjustable ramp up or down rates. The relay is triggered by either a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contact.
