In page access mode, the entire page can be read in one burst, up to the designated end of page address.To write, the 7024S15JI can be programmed in one-byte or page access mode, enabling quick writing of a single byte or entire page. The device can be programmed in any byte of the memory, including the control byte. When a byte is programmed, the write operation will issue a BUSY status flag. Once the BUSY status flag goes low, the write operation is complete.For erase operation, the 7024S15JI is able to erase all or part of the memory in bulk or sector mode. The bulk erase will reset the entire memory content to all zeros. The sector erase will reset the content of designated sector to all zeros.
