The 74AC11138PW is a high-speed CMOS analog multiplexer which integrates eight independent triple 2-input multiplexers in a single chip. The multiplexers have a total of 10 select inputs providing 1024 independent control codes. Additional features of the part include wide logic levels - up to 6 volts on S1 and S2, a total of 31 logic inputs, 4 output logic levels configurable from TTL to 5 volts, and an exceptionally fast response time of 9ns typical. The device also offers both static and short-term protection against +25V and -25V mismatches and is specified at up to 4MHz clock frequencies with a low 4nA static current draw.
