Working Principle Of 74ACT563SCX
The 74ACT563SCX has two 3-state flip flops, one of which is clocked by a positive transition of the clock (low-to-high transition).It has two active-low reset pins and one set/reset pin. When both the reset pins (1 and 2) are pulled low, then it will reset the flip-flop and the Q output will follow the D input when the clock is low. When the input signals are ones,it will enable the Q-bar output to follow the D-bar input upon the clock transition from low to high.
TheSet/Resetpin basically overrides both thedata inputandclock inputs.When the S/R pin is brought high both reset pins are ignored by the flip-flops and the Q output follows the S/R pin. Thus when theSet/Resetpin is driven high, the Q output will be high and when the S/R pin is driven low, the Q output will be low.
