Aluminum – Polymer Capacitors are most commonly seen in the 8701 35775003 application field. Such capacitors, which contain the compound of aluminum and polymer, contain very low voltage. The working principle of aluminum-polymer capacitors can be generally put into two parts. This low ESL means that the capacitor has a much shorter response time, which is important for industrial applications. In addition, aluminum-polymer capacitors have a much higher energy density than other capacitor types, meaning that they can store more energy than other capacitors.
Aluminum-polymer capacitors are also much lighter than other capacitor types, making them easier to transport and mount in small space applications. They also have a lower self-heating effect than other capacitor types, as the material and design of the capacitor reduces the amount of heat generated compared to other capacitors. This low self-heating effect also means that aluminum-polymer capacitors are much more durable and have a longer life span compared to other capacitor types.
