Electromagnetic interference/ Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) Filters (LC, RC networks) are devices used to filter out undesired electrical noise produced by electronic devices. These filters are necessary to reduce or completely eliminate the amount of radiated emissions so that they do not disrupt the normal operation of other electronic systems.
