A6260SLJTR-T is a high performance inductorless, monolithic, buck type, current-mode, synchronous step-down switch-mode power supply integrated circuit. It provides better flexibility, system compatibility and efficiency over existing inductor-based solutions, by providing wider input and output voltage ranges and a wider variety of power supply design. It is categorized as one of the Led Driver Power Management ICs (PMIC) used in applications such as LCD panels, backlit LEDs and power inverters used in motorized devices.
A6260SLJTR-T is designed to operate at frequencies up to 1.2 MHZ and has input voltage ranges from 4V to 24V and output voltage range from 0.8V to 20V. It is provided with fixed 0.6Ω switches, current sensing output, programmable soft start and current limit, under voltage lockout and integrated auto-restart with power fail detection. The device also has an inbuilt thermal shutdown protection feature and current-mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
The core of the A6260SLJTR-T force flow control method is used to regulate the output voltage, in which the output voltage is regulated by the voltage loop and current loop.
